About Me!

I am a theatre maker/director and producer experienced making theatrical happenings with all ages.

I love to collaborate and would love to hear from you if you are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can also take the lead.

I am particularly passionate about the arts in the community and have worked internationally conducting theatre workshops with refugees fleeing violence from Kosovo; helped with health-care campaigns in Nicaragua and directing a group of adults with learning difficulties in Denmark, in Danish.

Having worked as a writer and writing workshop leader twice with Danny and Slow Theatre, I am struck by her genuine commitment to her community, her tireless work and enthusiasm and the results she achieves.

The plays are genuinely inclusive, uplifting and inspiring for all involved. She and her company make a real difference. Long may she continue”   Danusia Iwaszko Playwright, Dramaturg, and Artistic Associate at The Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds

I am the Participation Officer for the tremendous Performance Artistic Louise Orwin - bringing her work to new people around the country and managing a team in the UK and Germany.

As well as an artistic background, I have years of experience as a support person, working with people with alcohol and drugs addiction, mental health problems, homelessness and social anxiety, in the UK and Denmark. I am a Dementia Champion. I have travelled , using the creative arts extensively in Central America, the US and parts of Asia.

I speak Dyslexic English, rather good Danish and some terrible Spanish.
